SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy;
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: USPS Ground delivered within 3 - 5 business days - $10
Expedited: UPS Ground Saver, delivered within 2 - 4 business days - $15
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website using this number.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, particularly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to weather-related disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Info@luxurywigsbytee.com within 24 - 48hrs of your estimated delivery, We will work with the carrier to try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However once the order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. We carefully prepare your shipment to ensure all items purchased are included and secured in the elected packaging. In the event your unit arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48hours of receipt with picture and video evidence of the issue, so we can begin the exchange process of your unit.
8. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs or related products once they have been shipped. This includes products that have been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way. Please ensure you select the correct style, color, and length before completing your purchase.
9. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue with the item, such as damage during shipping or incorrect items received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
10. Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process for exchanging the product. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us. Note; We will need to receive the incorrect order before the correct one is dispatched to you. Please DONOT wear, alter or tamper with the product in any way to ensure a seamless exchange process.
11. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will have begun processing for shipping, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
